Today, the Trobojnica, otherwise known as the flag of Croatia, flies. This flag, which is a horizontal tricolor of red, white, and blue with the Coat of Arms of Croatia in the center, was adopted in December 1990.
According to Wikipedia, “The flag combines the colours of the flags of the Kingdom of Croatia (red and white), the Kingdom of Slavonia (blue and white) and partially of the Kingdom of Dalmatia (blue and yellow). Those three kingdoms are the historic constituent states of the Croatian Kingdom.”
This flag was a gift from my father and stepmother.
