Today the flag of Massachusetts and Maine fly in recognition of Patriots’ Day, which commemorates the Battles of Lexington and Concord, and the Battle of Menotomy, the first battles of the Revolutionary War.
My Massachusetts flag was purchased for me by Karin on at trip to Boston. I purchased my Maine flag on a trip across the central states in 2005.
