Today the flags of the United States and California fly in commemoration of Memorial Day. In the United States, Memorial Day holiday honors and mourns the military personnel who have died in the performance of their military duties.
In accordance with 4 USC 7 (m), the flags will be flown at half staff until noon and then raised to full staff.
