Today the flag of the United States flies in commemoration of Memorial Day. In the United States, Memorial Day holiday honors and mourns the military personnel who have died in the performance of their military duties.
In accordance with 4 USC 7 (m), the flag of the United States will be flown at half staff until noon and then raised to full staff.
