Today, the flag of Quebec flies in celebration of its adoption on January 21, 1948. The Fleurdelisé was the first provincial flag adopted in Canada.

Chapter d-12.1, also known as Act respecting the flag and emblems of Québec, defines the flag as follows: “The flag of Québec is a white cross on a blue field, with a white fleur-de-lis in each canton or, in heraldic terms, azure, a cross between four fleurs-de-lis argent. The flag is of the proportions three by length and two by width.”
Also flying is the flag of Canada.
