Malawi declared its independence from the United Kingdom on July 6, 1964 and became a republic on July 6, 1966.
Isle of Man

Tynwald Day is the annual event in which legislation passed by the island’s legislative assembly, the Tynwald, and has received Royal Assent are formally promulgated and become law. It generally takes place on July 5th, but is transferred to the following Monday if that date falls on a Saturday or Sunday.
